Q4 2013: Nearly two-thirds of e-mails opened on mobile devices

According to Movable Type's US Consumer Device Preference Report, nearly a third of all business-to-consumer e-mails in the 4th quarter of 2013 were opened on a mobile device, and the vast majority of those were on smartphones (although tablet use is rising).What does this mean for companies who are sending e-mail blasts?
